The cement selling price on the day of the transactions is the basis for determining cement selling prices
Delivery will be performed according to company sales plan and strategy without prejudice to the right of the company to preserve any unconditional changes might occur
The delivery site shall be suitable to accommodate any type of trucks or to be notified earlier by the requestor
The shipment shall be delivered within the boundaries of the governorate designated during the order
The company does not hold any responsibility regarding any damages created by the truck
The loading, discharging and gratitude costs shall be beard by the receiver of cement or according to market norm
Receipt of the delivery voucher by the company means that the cement was completely delivered and in complete good condition; in which, that requires clear signing with the name of recipient of the shipment, ID number, date and time to preserve any of his/her rights
Selling prices are subject to change or repricing upon any convenient time as per market mechanism

- Avoid stacking more than 8 bags on top of each other.
