1. Before Order Delivery
- Our team confirms your order and coordinates with the supplier.
- If any item is unavailable, you’ll be notified before shipping.
- Orders are delivered carefully to your doorstep.
- Please review all items before signing the delivery receipt; your signature confirms complete delivery.
- For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, contact our customer service immediately.
2. Return & Refund Policy
- Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Customers cover shipping costs for return or exchange.
- The original invoice must be provided.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in good condition.
- Inspection takes up to 5 business days, and replacement or refund is processed within 48 hours after approval.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

A 2% fee applies to electronic payment refunds.

Cash payments are refunded via bank transfer.

Refund timeframe: 7–14 business days (cash, bank transfer, InstaPay, e-wallets).
14–30 business days (ValU, Forsa, Aman).
4. Non-returnable Products
- Granite kitchen or bathroom sinks.
- Toilets, bidets, bathtubs, mirrors.
- Electrical wires, construction materials, chemicals.
- El Sewedy wire.
5. Exceptions
- Returns accepted within 14 days only.
- Exchanges accepted within 30 days for size or color changes only.
- The customer bears the exchange shipping cost.
- The product can be exchanged for another item, or the amount can be added as credit to the customer’s wallet.
