Return & Refund Policy

Bnaia is committed to providing an excellent shopping experience and reliable customer service.

1. Before Order Delivery

  • Our team confirms your order and coordinates with the supplier.
  • If any item is unavailable, you’ll be notified before shipping.
  • Orders are delivered carefully to your doorstep.
  • Please review all items before signing the delivery receipt; your signature confirms complete delivery.
  • For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, contact our customer service immediately.

2. Return & Refund Policy

  • Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Customers cover shipping costs for return or exchange.
  • The original invoice must be provided.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in good condition.
  • Inspection takes up to 5 business days, and replacement or refund is processed within 48 hours after approval.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

  • A 2% fee applies to electronic payment refunds.

  • Cash payments are refunded via bank transfer.

  • Refund timeframe: 7–14 business days (cash, bank transfer, InstaPay, e-wallets).
                                 14–30 business days (ValU, Forsa, Aman).

4. Non-returnable Products

  • Granite kitchen or bathroom sinks.
  • Toilets, bidets, bathtubs, mirrors.
  • Electrical wires, construction materials, chemicals.
  • El Sewedy wire.

5. Exceptions

  • Returns accepted within 14 days only.
  • Exchanges accepted within 30 days for size or color changes only.
  • The customer bears the exchange shipping cost.
  • The product can be exchanged for another item, or the amount can be added as credit to the customer’s wallet.
